Our society values a masculine leadership model. It favors busyness over mindfulness, it pushes independence over collaboration, it celebrates financial success over equity, and promotes consumption over compassion for our planet and other human beings. Not only is this harmful, it is not sustainable. We believe the answers for making our homes, communities, and the world a more just and peaceful place lays within embracing feminine leadership.
YOU ARE INVITED...
We invite you on a three-year journey of personal exploration, self-discovery, healing, and power reclamation within an intimate community of women also committed to the same path.
Twice a year, you will retreat at Hope Spring Institute for five days to:
-
undergo deep transformational work,
-
reclaim yourself,
-
redefine who you are,
-
learn to value your voice and your source of truth,
-
to grow as an individual and in relationships with others,
-
and explore how your conscious and subconscious beliefs stand in the way of owning your power.
Ultimately, the Women's Leadership Collaborative (WLC) offers the opportunity to step into your power and leadership and live a more authentic life.
WLC provides a safe space at Hope Springs Institute, a feminine leadership model and curriculum, transformational, experiential, learning-based process and in-the-moment coaching and support.
WHO IS THIS JOURNEY FOR?
We value and appreciate diversity, an open mind, and a deep desire for transformation and change...
We honor each woman, no matter her social status, life journey, walk, or path...
We seek to stand in our power and feminine leadership to make our homes, workplace, communities, and planet Earth a more just, equitable, and peaceful place...
WE SEEK WOMEN WHO ARE ALSO ALIGNED WITH THESE VALUES.

Elizabeth Muniot
As a mindful movement teacher, my goal is to create an intentional space where everyone can connect with their body and breath. As a recovering perfectionist and busyness addict, I am excited for the opportunity to teach a holistic feminine leadership model with the WLC. I am eternally grateful for the sisterhood, personal development and leadership training I received as a WLC participant.
